"The Gold Collective" started in 2026 from my personal love for jewellery and accessories and the way the right pieces can completely change how you feel and look.

This brand did not begin as a big business idea. It started as something I genuinely enjoy, exploring jewellery, styling pieces, and creating a collection that feels both affordable and elevated.

I realised I wanted to build something that felt aligned with me, something creative, meaningful, and personal. That is how "The Gold Collective" was born.

  • Keep it dry when possible — While our stainless steel pieces are waterproof, fashion jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, and lotions.
  • Store it safely — Keep your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratching and tangling.
  • Clean gently — Wipe stainless steel pieces with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their shine. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Remove before activities — Take off fashion jewellery before swimming, exercising, or sleeping to extend its life.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

  • No Refunds — We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
  • Replacements — Although all items are checked before despatching, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and we will resolve it promptly.
  • Exchanges — We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
  • Non-exchangeable Items — Sale items and fashion jewellery marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or replaced.
